摘要
Thethreeaspectsofconstruction,investmentandoperationbelongtosystematicprojectsofsmartcities.Smartcitiescouldnotbefullyaccomplishedmerelywithanysingleaspectbeingwelldone.Feasibleandefficientmodelslaythefoundationtosetupmodernsmartcities.Standardizedmodelsarousevariousintellectualizedconceptions,andfulfillconcretepractices.Reasonableoperationmodesmakesmartcitysystemtobeorganicanddynamic,sothatvariousintelligentattributesofsmartcitieswouldbefullyexerted.Theoperationprocesspromotessustainabledevelopmentofsmartcities,ontheconditionofwhichintelligentizedservicesbeprovidedtourbanresidents.Thisaspectaccountsfordifferentresultsofdifferentcasesathomeandabroad.Bycomparingdifferentoperationmodesofsmartcityconstructionathomeandabroad,thisthesisfocusesonbackgrounds,contentsandsuccessfuloperationsoftypicalurbanconstructions.Severalchiefoperationmodesofforeignsmartcityconstructionsareresearched,thusprovidsreferencesfortheconstructionofsmartcitiesinChina,sothatinnovationsofoperationandmanagementmodesofsmartcitiesinChinaareexpectedtooccur,andhencepushforwardconstructionanddevelopmentofsmartcitiesinChina.
