摘要
Inthispaper,theinfluenceofworkingelectrolyteonhigh-frequencyelectricalperformanceofwettantalumcapacitorsisstudied.EmphasisisespeciallyputonthestudyofthecontributionofdepolariserinreducingEquivalentSeriesResistance(ESR).Accordingtothetheoryofdepolarizationinelectrochemistryandthetheoryofcathodecapacitanceofelectrolyticcapacitor,differentkindsofdepolarisersareaddedseparatelyintotheforegoneelectrolyte.Thencapacitorsareassembledwithtantalumcoresdippedwiththecompoundedelectrolytes.ThebestdepolariseranditsconcentrationinthewholeelectrolytecouldbeselectedaccordingtothetestresultsofthecapacitanceandESRofthecapacitors.TheresultsofourexperimentshowthatdepolariserFe2(SO4)3usedinworkingelectrolyteof100V/100μFwettantalumcapacitorscanhelptoobtainlowerESRandhighercapacitanceatfrequencyfrom0.1kHzto100kHz.
