摘要 NaphtholgreenBwasused,forthefirsttime,asanewmediatorinanamperometricglucosebiosensor.Itisagoodmediator,promotingelectrontransferfromglucoseoxidasetographiteelectrode.Thebiosensorshowshighsensitivitytoglucoseatlowpotentialwithresponsetimeof30seconds.Thelinearrangeisfrom1.5to18μmol/Lglucosewithdetectionlimitof0.5μmol/Lglucose.
