摘要
Eleven(S)-(-)-bishydrocarbyl-(1-alkanoylpyrrolidin-2-yl)-methanolderivativesofthreetypesweresynthesizedfromL-proline,asymmtricallyselectivealkylationproductswereobtainedbyLDAtreatmentandalkylationusingmethyl2-bromoethylether,andthreetypesofchiralα-substituted-γ-butyrolactoneswereobtainedbyhydrolyzingthealkylationproducts,with%e.e.beingupto89percent.
