摘要
摘要目的考察静注缩宫素对丙泊酚无痛人流呼吸和循环的影响.方法收集人工流产术患者１０６例对照组５１例和观察组５５例.结果与对照组比,观察组缩宫幅度增大,出血量减少,出血时间较短,无再次清宫例(P＜０．０５).两组手术过程中除给予缩宫素５min,麻醉前、刮宫、给予缩宫素７min和苏醒的呼吸和循环无差异(P＞０．０５),与对照组比,观察组给予缩宫素后１min内HR、RR和PETCO２增高(P＜０．０５),SBP、DBP和SPO２降低(P＜０．０５),５min,HR、RR和PETCO２降低,SBP、DBP和SPO２升高.不良反应无差异(P＞０．０５).结论缩宫素可降低人流术出血和清宫率.关键词缩宫素;丙泊酚;无痛人流TheeffectofintravenousoxytocinontherespiratoryandcirculatorysystemsofpainlessabortionpatientswhousedpropofolAbstractObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectsofoxytocinontherespiratoryandcirculatoryofpropofolpainlessabortion．Methods１０６casesfemalepatientsunderwentpainlessabortionwererandomlydividedinto５１casescontrolgroupand５５casesobservationgroup．ResultsComparedwiththecontrol,oxytocininobservationgroupcouldsignificantlyincreaseuterinecontraction,decreasebloodlossduringtheabortionandbleedingtimeaftertheabortion(P＜０．０５)．OxytocincouldincreaseHR,RRandSpO２(P＜０．０５),decreaseSBP,DBPandPETCO２(P＜０．０５)．ConclusionsOxytoＧcincanKeayffweocrtdtsherespiratoryandcirculatoryofpainlessabortion,reducethebleedingandcleaninguterus．Oxytocin;Propofol;Painlessabortion中图分类号R７１４．２文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０３８８－０２
