摘要 DuringthereactionbetweencalciumsorbentsandSO2,calciumsorbentsarefirstcalcinedandconvertedintoCaO.CaOcanbeobtainedbycalciningCa(OH)2orCaCO3.Theporosityofthesorbentisincreasedbecauseofcalcinationandisdecreasedbecauseofsulfurization.InthecalcinationprocessH2OorCO2isescapedfromtheparticlesandporesareformedinparticles.ThereactionorconvertrateofCaOisinfluencedstronglybytheporestructurecharacters.FromCa(OH)2toCaOtheescapevelocityofH2Ooritsmasstransferisoneofthekeyfactorsinfluencingtheporeforming.Duringcalcinationprocessdifferentheatingvelocity,differentheatingtimeandtemperatureweresuggested.Thetemperaturerisingrateandcalciningtemperatureplayimportantroletotheporestructure.TheconvertratesofCaOobtainedthroughdifferentcalciningconditionswereinvestigatedexperimentally.SomeinterestingresultswereshowedthatthecalciumutilizationofCaOparticlesisdeterminednotonlybythespecialsurfaceareaandtotalporevolume,butalsobypore-sizedistribution.Themainfactorinfluencingthesulfationistheporediameterdistributionatlowersulfationtemperature.Forhigherreactiontemperaturespecificvolumeistheimportantreason.Butpore-sizedistributionisstronglyinfluencedbyheatfluxandtemperatureinthecalciningprocess.
