Forming Process of Strong Anisotropic Material Based on the Hydrodynamic Deep Drawing with Radial Pressure

摘要 Thehydrodynamicdeepdrawingprocessenablesnetshapeornearnetshapeformingofcomplicatedsheetmetalpartsmadefromdifficultlyformingmaterials,suchasaluminiumorhighstrengthsteels.Basedontheconventionalhydrodynamicdeepdrawingprocess,anewprocess,hydrodynamicdeepdrawingprocess,inwhichradialpressureisappliedtotherimoftheblank,isproposed.ThisnewprocesshasbeenanalysedusingFEMsimulationsandtheobtainedresultshavebeencomparedwiththeexperimentalresults.ThematerialusedintheexperimentswasAl-Mg-Sialloy,andintheFEM-simulationstheelastic-plasticbehaviourofAl-Mg-SialloywasmodelledusingBarlat's89yieldcriteria.
