摘要
摘要目的探讨构建压疮监控体系的效果.方法将２０１２年１０月至２０１３年９月作为对照组,对照组采用传统压疮管理模式;将２０１３年１０月至２０１４年９月作为观察组,观察组成立压疮专项监控指导小组,比较两组压疮发生率、治愈率等.结果压疮监控体系构建与实践前后１年比较,小组成员知识掌握情况,两组患者压疮评估率,难免压疮申报合格率、发生率,已患压疮治疗有效率,经χ２检验,χ２值分别为６．９４２,２３０６．４６４,２１９．５４,６．８１３,７．２９２,１０．９９５,P＜０．０５,有统计学意义.结论我院压疮监控体系的构建与实践显著降低了患者压疮风险,从根本上提升了全院压疮护理管理质量,提升了专科护士的价值,是有效的监控体系.关键词压疮;监控体系;构建与实践;效果评价TheevaluationofapressuresoremonitoringsysteminathreegradehospitalQianshuYanNo．１hospital,ZigongSichuan６４３０００AbstractobjectiveWediscusstheeffectoftheconstructionofapressuresoremonitoringsystem．MethodsWeusesamplesfromOct．２０１２toSep．２０１３asthecontrolgroup,forwhichthetraditionalmanagementmodesofpressuresoreareused．WeusesamplesfromOct．２０１３toSep．２０１４astheobservationgroup,forwhichwesetupaspecialmonitoringmode．Wecomparetheirpressuresorehappeningrate,curerate,etc．ResultsWecomparethemasteringoftheknowlＧedgeofteammembers,theassessmentrateofthetwogroupswithpressuresore,thequalifiedrateofaninevitablepressuresore,theincidencerate,andthecurerate．Byχ２test,theirχ２valuesare６．９４２,２３０６．４６４,２１９．５４,６．８１３,７．２９２,１０．９９５,respectivelyandP＜０．０５．sothisisstatisticallysignificant．ConclusionTheconstructionandpracticeofthepressuresoremonitoringsystemsignificantlyreducestheriskofthepressuresore,improvesthequalityofthenursingmanageＧmentaKnedyewnohradnscesthevaluesofnurses．Itisaneffectivemonitoringsystem．PressureSore;MonitoringSystem;ConstructionandPractice;EffectEvaluation中图分类号R４７１文献标识码C文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０９７３－０２
