摘要
摘要目的探讨艾滋病高效抗反病毒治疗相关因素对抗病毒药物服药依从性的影响.方法采用统一的艾滋病医疗救治疗效评估调查表回顾性分析１２３名正接受抗反病毒治疗的艾滋病患者的生活、治疗现状和服药依从性.结果①服药依从性好的患者占５２．８５％(６５/１２３),依从性差的占４７．１５％(５８/１２３).②服药依从性差的主要原因忘记服药６５．５１％(３８/５８),服药不便１５．５１％(９/５８),药物不良反应６．９０％(４/５８),服药困难５．１７％(３/５８).结论根据患者生活习惯制定合理的治疗方案以及来自政府、医疗机构、社会团体对艾滋病病人的综合管理,是提高患者抗病毒治疗服药依从性,保证长期规范治疗的关键.关键词艾滋病;抗病毒治疗;依从性;治疗策略DrugUtilizationPatternsandAdherencetoTreatmentofPatientsWithAIDSonHAARTLiCan(DepartmentofInfectiousDisease．FirstPeople’sHosＧpital,５３５０００,Qinzhou,China)AbstractObjectivethestudyevaluatedrugutilizationpatternsandadherencetotreatmentofpatientsonhighlyactiveantiretroviraltherapy(HAART)．M,ethodsonehundredandtwenty－threepatientswhometcriteriafortreatmentofHIV/AIDSwereenrolledintothestudyanddataregardingdrugadministrationattitudesandbeliefsconcerningHIV/AIDSwerecollectedfrompatientsfacetoface．Results①adequateadherenceaccountedfor５２．８５％(６５/１２３),inadequateadherenceaccountedfor４７．１５％(５８/１２３)．②Maincausesofinadequateadherenceforgettingtakingdrugwas６５．５１％(３８/５８),inconveniencetotakingdrug１５．５１％(９/５８),adversedrugreaction６．９０％(４/５８),difficultytotakingdrug５．１７％(３/５８)．ConclusionadministratingdrugutilizationpatternsdependentingonlivingbehavorandprovidingfavourableconditionsbycomprehensiveinterventionsfromstateandacademicinstitutionarenecessarytoimprovementtheadherencetoHAARKTey．wordsHIV/AIDS;HAART;Medicaladherence;Treatment中图分类号R４７３．５文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－００５４－０２
