摘要
摘要目的探讨高血压优质护理服务模式的构建以及实施.方法选取我科收治的高血压患者１００例(２０１２年１２月~２０１４年１２月)作为研究对象,通过随机分组的方法,将其分为对照组与干预组,每组患者５０例.对照组患者采用常规护理服务模式,干预组患者应用优质护理服务模式,对比２组患者的护理效果以及护理满意度.结果干预组患者的护理总有效例数为４３例(８６．００％),护理满意度例数为４８例(９６．００％),对照组患者的护理总有效例数为３６例(７２．００％),护理满意度例数为３７例(７４．００％),差异具有统计学意义(p＜０．０５).结论对高血压患者实施优质护理服务模式,疗效显著,改善护患关系,提高护理满意度,值得临床进一步应用以及推广.关键词高血压;优质护理服务模式;构建;实施;护理效果Theconstructionandimplementationofhighbloodpressure,highqualitynursingservicemodeChenMinYangying(Nationalinstituteofthepeople＇sliberationarmygeneralhospitalhealthambassadorseconddivision１００８５３)AbstractObjectiveToexploretheconstructionofhighbloodpressure,highqualitynursingservicemodeandimplementation．Methodsselect１００casesofhypertensionpatientsadmittedinourdepartment(December２０１２toDecember２０１４)astheresearchobject,throughtherandomizedmethod,itcanbedividedintocontrolgroupandinterventiongroup,５０casesineachgrouppatients．Thecontrolgroupweretreatedbyroutinenursingservicemode,withhighqualitynursＧingservicemode,interventiongrouppatientscomparedtwogroupspatientsandthenursingeffectofnursingsatisfaction．ResultsnursinginterventiongrouppaＧtientstotaleffectivecasesof４３cases(８６．００％),nursingsatisfactioncasesfor４８cases(９６．００％),controlgroupnursinginpatientswithatotaleffectivecasesof３６cases(７２．００％),nursingsatisfactioncasesfor３７cases(７４．００％),statisticallysignificantdifference(p＜０．０５)．ConclusionforpatientswithhighbloodpresＧsurehighqualitynursingservicemode,curativeeffectisdistinct,improvetherelationshipbetweennursesandpatients,improvenursingsatisfaction,isworthfurtherKeclyinwicoarldsapplicationandpromotion．Highbloodpressure;Highqualitynursingservicemode;Build;Itsimplementation;Nursingeffect中图分类号R４７文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１０－０３２５－０１
