摘要
摘要目的探讨美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法选取我院收治的１５６例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,随机抽取７８例为对照组行常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗,另７８例为研究组行美托洛尔治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果研究组的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜０．０５);治疗后,研究组和对照组的心率、舒张压、左室收缩末内径(LVS)、左室舒张末内径(LVD)均低于治疗前,左室射血分数(LVEF)均高于治疗前,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭,疗效显著,改善了患者心功能,提高了其生活质量,值得在临床上推广.关键词美托洛尔;心力衰竭;疗效ObservationofMetoprolol’sCurativeEffectonChronicHeartFailureAbstractobjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofmetoprololinthetreatmentofchronicheartfailure．Methodsatotaloftreatedinourhospitalfrom１５６casesofchronicheartfailurepatientsastheresearchobject,randomlyselected７８casesforthecontrolgroupwastreatedwithroutineantiheartfailuredrugtherapy,theother７８caseswithresearchgroup,metoprololinthetreatment,comparedtwogroupsofpatientswithclinicalcurativeeffect．ResultsthetotaleffectiverateofthestudygroupwassignifiＧc(antlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P＜０．０５);heartrate,diastolicbloodpressure,leftventricularendsystolicdiameterLVS),leftventricularenddiastolicdiameter(LVEF)werehigherthanthosebeforetreatment,theleftventricularejectionfraction(LVD)werehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P＜０．０５)．Conclusionmetoprololinthetreatmentofchronicheartfailure,curativeeffectisdistinct,improveheartfunctionofpatientKseayndwoirmdpsrovethequalityoflife,isworthytobepopularizedinclinic．MeiTOROM;heartfailure;curativeeffect中图分类号R４５３文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０６８５－０１
