摘要
【摘 要】 目的： 探讨在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者中应用舒适护理的临床价值。 方法： 从我院择取 32例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者，将其随机分成两组，对照组 16例患者行以常规护理，研究组 16例患者行以舒适护理，对照分析两组临床效果。 结果： 两组护理前血压、心率对比无统计学差异，研究组护理后血压水平比对照组低，心率比对照组慢， P<0.05;从术后并发症情况来看，研究组皮下胀气发生率、恶心呕吐发生率、穿刺孔渗血发生率均低于对照组， P<0.05。 结论： 在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者中应用舒适护理，不仅可以稳定生命体征，还可以降低术后并发症发生率，具有显著临床价值。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical value of comfort nursing in laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal. Methods: 32 cases of laparoscopic ovariectomy were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (16 cases) received routine nursing, the study group (16 cases) received comfort nursing, and the clinical effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results: there was no statistical difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups before nursing. The blood pressure level of the study group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, and the heart rate was slower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). From the perspective of postoperative complications, the incidence of subcutaneous flatulence, nausea and vomiting, and the incidence of puncture hole oozing blood in the study group were lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comfortable nursing can not only stabilize vital signs, but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
