摘要
摘要：目的 探讨优化 ICU基础护理流程在创建优质护理服务中的作用。方法 随机选取 2018年 2月～ 12月我院 ICU收治的 130例患者行 ICU基础护理设定为对照组，再选取 2019年 1月～ 12月我院 ICU收治的 130例患者行优化 ICU基础护理流程设定为观察组，对比两组护理质量、护理满意度、并发症发生率等。结果 观察组各项指标均优于对照组， P<0.05。结论 优化 ICU基础护理流程为 ICU患者提供优质护理服务，从而提高 ICU护理质量评分和护理满意度，降低医院感染发生率，可以更好的创建 ICU优质护理服务，值得推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the role of optimizing the basic nursing process of ICU in creating quality nursing service. Methods 130 patients admitted to ICU in our hospital from February to December 2018 were randomly selected as the control group, and 130 patients admitted to ICU in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the observation group to optimize the basic nursing process of ICU, and the nursing quality, nursing satisfaction, complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results each index of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion to optimize the basic nursing process of ICU to provide quality nursing services for ICU patients, so as to improve ICU nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of hospital infection, can better create ICU quality nursing services, which is worthy of promotion and application.
