摘要
【摘要】 目的：研究分析在中药饮片中采用不同的中药炮制方式对于风热感冒患者治疗效果的影响。方法：将笔者所在医院接受同一类中药饮片治疗的风热感冒患者中的 102例设为研究对象，经计算机随机分组法分为三组。三组患者均持续治疗 90 d，比较各组治疗总有效率。结果：水处理和炮制前分档组患者治疗有效率显著高于炮制前分档组及水处理前分档组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：不同炮制方式下中药饮片对风热感冒患者的疗效存在较大的影响，因此在炮制中药饮片前应结合水处理和炮制前分档，以提升临床疗效。

[Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the effect of different processing methods of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of patients with wind heat and cold. Methods: 102 patients with wind heat and cold who were treated with the same kind of Chinese Herbal Pieces in our hospital were divided into three groups randomly. Three groups of patients were treated for 90 days, compared with the total effective rate of each group. Results: the effective rate of the patients in the water treatment group and the pre processing stage group was significantly higher than that in the pre processing stage group and the pre processing stage group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: under different processing methods, Chinese herbal pieces have great influence on the therapeutic effect of patients with wind heat and cold. Therefore, before processing Chinese herbal pieces, we should combine water treatment with pre processing grading to improve the clinical effect.
