人性化护理管理缓解医患关系作用研究

摘要   摘要:目的:目前日益白热化的医患关系引起了社会的广泛关注,探讨缓解医患关系有效措施。方法:选取我市某三甲医院 2018 年 1 月~ 2020年 1 月住院护理管理中未实行人性化护理管理(对照组), 2013年 3 月~ 2014 年 3 月在门诊护理管理中实施人性化护理管理,选取两组 60 例患者参与本次研究。结果实行人性化护理管理后护理人员工作满意度量表评分均增加,大部分项目评分与实行人性化护理管理前相比,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05);实行人性化护理管理后患者对护理的满意度明显提高,对护理非常满意和满意的例数与实行前相比,差异均具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:护理人员中积极实行人性化护理管理措施,可显著提高患者对住院期间护理的满意度,很大程序上缓解了医患关系,值得广泛推广实行。    关键词:人性化;护理管理;缓解;医患关系    Abstract: Objective: at present, the increasingly white hot doctor-patient relationship has aroused widespread concern of the society, and to explore effective measures to alleviate the doctor-patient relationship. Methods: select a third class a hospital in our city from January 2018 to January 2020 in-patient nursing management did not implement humanized nursing management (control group), from March 2013 to March 2014 in outpatient nursing management implemented humanized nursing management, select two groups of 60 patients to participate in the study. Results after the implementation of humanized nursing management, the scores of nurses' job satisfaction scale increased, and the scores of most items were statistically significant compared with those before the implementation of humanized nursing management (P < 0.05); after the implementation of humanized nursing management, patients' satisfaction with nursing was significantly improved, and the number of patients who were very satisfied with nursing was statistically significant compared with that before the implementation of humanized nursing management Significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the positive implementation of humanized nursing management measures in nursing staff can significantly improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing during hospitalization, greatly alleviating the doctor-patient relationship, which is worth popularizing widely.
