摘要
【摘要】目的：探讨交锁髓内钉内固定法治疗胫腓骨骨折术后的临床护理及体会。方法：对我院收治的胫腓骨骨折患者，采用交锁髓内钉内固定法进行治疗，术后配合良好的临床护理，观察取得的临床效果，总结临床护理经验。结果：胫腓骨骨折患者术经良好的临床护理后，切口快速愈合，身体状况明显改善，没有出现关节僵直、肌肉萎缩等严重的并发症，出院后对患者进行随访，骨折处未发生移位和内固定松脱、断裂的现象。结论：对已接受交锁髓内钉内固定法进行治疗的胫腓骨骨折患者，给予良好的临床护理，可缩短骨折愈合时间，提高临床疗效，减少并发症的发生率，具有一定的临床借鉴意义。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical nursing and experience of the treatment of tibiofibular fracture with interlocking intramedullary nail. Methods: the patients with tibiofibular fracture in our hospital were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation. After the operation, they cooperated with good clinical nursing, observed the clinical effect and summarized the clinical nursing experience. Results: after good clinical nursing, the incision healed rapidly, the physical condition improved significantly, no serious complications such as joint rigidity and muscle atrophy occurred. After discharge, the patients were followed up, no displacement, internal fixation loosening and fracture occurred at the fracture. Conclusion: good clinical nursing can shorten the time of fracture healing, improve the clinical effect and reduce the incidence of complications for the patients with tibiofibular fracture who have been treated by interlocking intramedullary nailing.
