摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 探讨人性化护理在糖尿病合并高血压护理中的应用效果。方法 2017年 5月— 2019年 12月时间段内，将该院收诊的 9例糖尿病合并高血压患者作为研究对象，这 9例患者在治疗过程中均配合人性化护理，对临床护理效果进行评价观察。结果 该组 9例患者，通过人性化护理后， 8例患者血糖达标， 7例患者血压达标， 8例运动依从，用药依从与饮食依从均为 100.00%。 9例患者对护理都满意，满意度 100.00%。另外， 9例患者护理后，空腹血糖及餐后 2 h血糖值均明显下降。结论 糖尿病合并高血压患者护理过程中，实施人性化护理干预措施，作用巨大，值得借鉴。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods during the period from May 2017 to December 2019, 9 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All the 9 patients cooperated with humanized nursing in the treatment process, and the clinical nursing effect was evaluated and observed. Results after humanized nursing care, 8 patients' blood glucose reached the standard, 7 patients' blood pressure reached the standard, 8 patients' exercise compliance, medication compliance and diet compliance were 100.00%. All the 9 patients were satisfied with the nursing, and the satisfaction rate was 100.00%. In addition, the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose decreased significantly in 9 patients after nursing. Conclusion in the nursing process of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension, the implementation of humanized nursing intervention measures has a great effect, which is worthy of reference.
