摘要
Theidentificationofthecriticalinfrastructurehasshownthatthebuildcivilengineeringinfrastructureisalmostinvolvedeverywhere,evenwiththeIT-infrastructure.Therefore,thepassivesafetyofstructuresisdemanded.Securityassociationshaveanalysedthatmostassaultscamealongwithexplosionandimpactscenarios,whichamountin80%ofassaults.Consequently,thesearetheextraordinaryloadsthestructureshavetobeplannedanddesignedfor.Tocarryoutsuchanengineeringjob,theengineerhastobeeducatedinmultipledisciplinesasphysics,materialscience,continuummechanics,numericalmechanics,testing,structuralengineeringandrelatedspecificfieldsaswavepropagationetc.Inthispaperwewillconcentrateonthesubjectsofnumericalsimulationandtesting.
