摘要
ThelifeofimpregnatedBa-Wcathodeswithanewconstructionhavebeenevaluatedusinganacceleratedlifetestatthreedifferenttemperatures(1170℃,1130℃,1090℃)andconstantcurrentdensity(2A/cm~2).Accordingtotherelationshipoflifewithoperatingtemperatures,anacceleratedequationhasbeensetup.Thecathodelifeatnormaloperatingtemperatureisdeductedbasedontheacceleratedequation.Theresultsshowthatlifeofthenovelcathodeexceeds190,000houratacurrentdensityof2A/cm~2.
