摘要
Thegeneralsteam-injectionpressingismainlyusedforproduceparticleboardsandmediumdensityfiberboard.However,itisdifficulttoproducesoftfiberboardwithdesiredstrength.However,theclosingsteam-injectionpressingthatbasedonthesteam-injectionpressingcould.Thewoodenframesealinguptheslabcouldpreventthesteamfromemittingwhenthesteaminjectedintotheslab.Thecaloricreleasedbysteamcondensationmaketheslabreachhightemperaturelevelforashortperiod.Thismethodisveryappropriateformakingthickpanelsintheory,especiallyforthesoftfiberboard.Itmakesagreatleapforwardonthehotpressingprocessthatforwood-basedpanels.Moreover,itwillbeameaningfultechnologicalbreakthroughindevelopingnewproductsandimprovingwoodutilization.
