摘要
Theeffectsofvariouscartilageextracellularmatrixontheconstructionofrabbitgrowthplatecartilagetissueinvitrowerestudied.Theresultsshowthatcollagen,proteoglycanandhyaluronicacidcanpromotethegrowthofculturedchondrocytesbuttheeffectsofvariouscartilageextracellularmatrix(ECM)onchondrocytedifferentiationaredifferent.Collagencanpromotethehypertrophyofchondrocyteswhileproteoglycanandhyaluronicacidinhibitthetransitionofmaturechondrocytesintohypertrophiedchondrocytes.
