摘要
ThispaperstudiestheparameterdesignandtheperformanceoptimizationofaKanbansystemwithoutstockoutsinamulti-stage,mixed-modelassemblyline.ThemodelofaKanbansystembasedonproductionprocessesisestablishedbyexaminingtherelationshipamongtheset-uptime,theamountofworkinprocess(WIP),thecapacityindicatedbyaKanban,andthetakt-timeratio.Anovelmethodforoptimizingperformanceonthepremiseofnostockoutsisproposed.EmpiricalresultsshowthattheamountofWIPisreducedremarkablyafteroptimization.
