摘要 ThetrendoftransferringeasterntextileindustrytowesternregionsinChinaisincreasinglyobvious.AsforSichuanProvince,itisachancetopromoteeconomicdevelopmentandupgradethetextileindustrythroughtheincidentcomparedwiththeotherwesternregions.ThispaperanalyzestherisktoenvironmentinSichuanProvincewhenacceptingthetransferandputsforwardsrelevantmeasurestothispoint.
