摘要
TheappleindustryinShaanxiProvinceisaresource-basedindustry;comparedtothebestproductiveregionsathomeandabroad,itisadvantageousinhighqualityaswellasgeographicalandnaturalresources.Currently,bigchangeshaveoccurredintheapplemarketsupply-demandrelations;long-termandcomprehensiveshortagehaspassed;thebuyer’smarkethascomeintobeing;competitionsinthedomesticmarketarefierce.Atthesametime,theforeignapplewillimpactonthedomesticmarket,increasingcompetitivepressure.Foreignanti-dumpingmeasures,greenbarriersandtechnologiesrestricttheexportationofthedomesticapple.Basedonsuccessfulexperienceofotherindustrialclusters,thispaperanalyzestheexistingproblemsinthedevelopmentofShaanxiappleindustrialcluster,combiningempiricalanalysis,qualitativeanalysisandquantitativeanalysis,proposesspecificpolicyrecommendationsandgettheconclusions.First,thecharacteristicsoftheagriculturalindustrialclusterareanalyzed;Shaanxiappleindustryischaracterizedbycluster.Second,therapiddevelopmentofShaanxiappleindustrialclusterexposessomeproblems.Third,weneedthegovernmenttocontrolthedisorderlycompetitionofShaanxiappleindustry.
