摘要 Thisworkaimstostudythespringbackbehaviourofelectrogalvanised(EG)steelsheetsduringtheairbendingprocess.Experimentshavebeenconductedtoanalysetheinfluenceofvariousparameterssuchascoatingthickness,orientationofthesheet,punchradius,dieradius,dieopening,punchvelocity,andpunchtravelonspringbackbehaviour.Itisestablishedthatthespringbackincreaseswithincreasingcoatingthickness,punchradius,punchtravel,dieradius,dieopening,andpunchvelocity.The90°orientationexhibitshigherspringbackthan0°orientation.
