Athree-dimensionalmathematicalmodelforcalculatingthesteadyflowofcircularnon-buoyantturbulentsurfaceinacoflowingchannelispresentedinthispaper.Forclosingthecontrolequations,theκ-εturbulencemodelisusedinthemathematicalmodel.Thewall-functionmethodisemployedtotreatthewallboundaryconditionatthebottomplane.TheclosedcontrolequationsarediscretizedbyusingHybridFiniteAnalyticMethod(HFAM)onanon-uniformstaggeredgridsystem.Thenumericalresultsareobtainedfordifferentratioofthejetvelocitytothecoflowingvelocity.Thecomparisonwithexperimentaldatashowsgoodagreement.
