Anintegralanalyticprocessfromquantificationtopropagationbasedonlimiteduncertainparametersisinvestigatedtodealwithpracticalengineeringproblems.Anewmethodbyuseofthesmallestinterval-set/hyper-rectanglecontainingallexperimentaldataisproposedtoquantifytheparameteruncertainties.Withthesmallestparameterinterval-set,theuncertaintypropagationevaluationofthemostfavorableresponseandtheleastfavorableresponseofthestructuresisstudiedbasedontheintervalanalysis.Therelationshipbetweentheproposedintervalanalysismethod(IAM)andtheclassicalIAMisdiscussed.Twonumericalexamplesarepresentedtodemonstratethefeasibilityandvalidityoftheproposedmethod.
