Afacileandefficientstrategywasreportedforthepreparationofgraphenenanosheets-Ag2Shybridbyasimplehydrothermalprocess.First,Ag2Sparticlesdepositedonthesurfaceofgrapheneoxide(GO)sheet.GOwasthenreducedbyhydrazinehydratetographene.TheresultsofX-raydiffraction(XRD)andFouriertransforminfrared(FTIR)demonstratedtheefficientreductionofGOtographene.Transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM)imageofthesamplerevealsthemorphologyofthearchitectureofgraphene-Ag2Shybrid.Ultraviolet-visiblespectroscopy(UV-Vis)andphotoluminescence(PL)measurementwerefurtheremployedtostudytheopticalpropertiesoftheobtainednanocomposite.Thisworkcanbeextendedtodesignothergraphene-basedhybridnanomaterials,andtheas-grownarchitecturesmayholdpromiseformanyapplications.
