Purposes:Wereportedtherolesandfunctionsofnursesinhomevisitsforbraintumorpatientsusingthefamilyhealthassessmentguideinthestudy.Methods:Onepatientofbraingliomawaschosenasthecaseillustration.Thenursesassessedthepatients’situation,theirfamiliesandlivingenvironmentinpidually.Allthesefactorswereanalyzedtogether.Results:Thenursesthenimplementedtheirknowledgeandskillstoadoptdifferentmeasuresindifferentconditions,investigatedthepatients’healthproblemsandcarriedoutpersonalizedeffectiveactions.Conclusions:Nursesshouldputeffortintocommunitynursingtoallowpatientstoliveinasafeenvironment,tosatisfythehealthneedsofhumanbeingandtheirneedsforhealthknowledge,andenhancetheirself-careabilities.
