Dopedpolyanilinefilmswerepreparedwithelectrochemistrymethod.Asmallconjugatedmolecule,anthracenecarboxylicacid(2-ACA),wasusedasthedopant,consideringitselectricalactivenessduetotheconjugatedπ-π*structure.Filmmorphologyofdopedandundopedpolyanilinesampleswasinvestigated.ThecorrespondingchangesinopticalandelectricalpropertiesafterACAdopingwerediscussed.Bymeasuringandcalculatingtheirenergyleveldistribution,apromisingapplicationofpolyanilinethinfilmsasbufferlayerinoptic-electricdevicesisexpectable.
