Inthispaper,effectsofneedle-prickingplusTDPlampradiationandmedicationonstenotictenovaginitisarecompared.Intheneedle-prickinggroup,athree-edgedneedleisinsertedintothesubcutaneoustissuesperpendicularlyafterthepainpointoftheaffectedfingerisdetected,thentheneedIebodyisinclinedalongthelongitudinalaxisofvaginatendinis,andthetipoftheneedleismovedhorizontallytoprickthevaginatendinisforafewtimesuntilnosnappingoccurswhenthepatientisflexingandstretchinghisdiseasedfinger.Inthemedicationgroup,theinjectionofPrednisoloneandProcaineisgiventopically.Resultsshowthatthetherapeuticeffectofneedleprickingissuperiortothatofmedication(P<0.01).Moreover,therecurrencerateoftheneedle-prickinggroupislower.
