Inordertoachieveintegrationofelectrmotionandmanualoperationformanualforklift,thispaperdesignsanimprovedmanualforklift.Weselecttheappropriatemotoraccordingtoparametersoforiginalmanualforklift,whichwasanalyzedbySolidWorks.Wemakethedetaileddesignofthespeedreduceraccordingtotheselectedmotor’sratedspeedandotherparameters,anddesignthereductionspeedratio,reductionspeedform,sizeofgeardrive,meshingparameters,forceanalysisofgearandstrengthcheck.Inthispaper,weelectrifythetraditionalmanualforklifteventually.
