Objectivevideoqualityassessmentmethodsoftenevaluatealltheframesregardlessoftheirimportance.Forwirelessdistortedvideos,noteveryframehasthesamecontributiontothefinaloverallqualityduetothechannelfadingandinterference,whichmayleadtothecapacityvariationintemporal.Besides,withthecontentsimilarityanderrorpropagationpatternintemporaldomain,itispossibletoevaluatetheoverallqualitywithonlypartoftheframes.Inthispaper,ademonstrationisperformedtoshowthatthevideoqualitycanbeevaluatedwithreducedframesset(RFS),andastatetransitionmodelisproposedtoextracttheRFS.Atlast,avideoqualityassessment(VQA)methodiscarriedoutbasedonRFS.Comparedwithseveralstate-of-the-artmethods,ourmethodcanachieveasuitableaccuracywithlessframestobeprocessed.
