Thispaperdealswithasimulatedtestofbiogenicmineralizationmadewithablue-greenalgaspecies,Spirulinaplatensix.Thedataintheexperimentwererecordedbyacomputerizedsurveyingsystem.Theinflu-enceofalgaeontheaccumulationofphosphorusbychangingtheirmicroenvironmenttopromotetheforma-tionanddepositionofphosphatewasstudied.TheresultsshowthatthepHvalueofculturalliquorroseupto10andtheredoxpotential（Eh）maydropby100-200mVduringthealgallogarithmicgrowthstage,andthecultrualliquorwaschangedintoamediumwithaweaklyreducingcondition.AttheendofthelogarithmicgrowthstagewhitedepositsofNa2Ca（CO3）2·5H2OandCa2Mg（PO4）2·2H2Owereformedonthefloorofculturalcontainers.Thetestpresentedawduableevidenceforthetheoryofbiogenicmineralization.
