<正>HomogeneousandinhornogeneousdifferentialrealizationsoftheOSP(2,1)superalgebraonthespacesofhomogeneousandinhomogeneouspolynomialsandthecorrespondingboson-fermioiirealizationsarestudied.ThenewindecomposableandirreduciblerepresentationsoftheOSP(2,1)aregivenonsubspacesandquotientspacesoftheuniversalenvelopingalgebrasofHeisenberg-Weylsuperalgebra.AllthefinitedimensionalirreduciblerepresentationoftheOSP(2,1)superalgebraisnaturallyobtainedasspecialcases.
