Inthisstudy,adoptinguniformdesignmethodestablishedamathematicalmodeltopreparemulti-elementactiveflux.GHA\69superalloyplateswereweldedbytheNd:YAGlaserequipmentwiththepreparedactiveflux.Theresultsshowallkindsoffluxesincreasethedepthtowidthratioandthemulti-componentsystemsaremoresignificant.Thelargestincrementofthewelddepthtowidthratiois159%,obtainedbyusingoftheFI2seriesflux.Itisprovedthatbyusingoftheactivefluxtoincreasethedepthtowidthratioofmicrolaserweldingisfeasible.
