Onthebasisofroughsettheory,thestrengthsofdynamicreductionareelaboratedcomparedwithtraditionalnon-dynamicmethods.Asystematicconceptofdynamicreductionfromsamplingprocesstothegenerationofthereductsetispresented.Anewmethodofsamplingiscreatedtoavoidthedefectsofbeingtoosubjective.Andinordertodealwiththeover-sizedtimeconsumingproblemintraditionaldynamicreductionprocess,aquickalgorithmisproposedwithintheconstraintconditions.Wehavealsoprovedthatdynamiccorepossessestheessentialcharacteristicsofareductioncoreonthebasisoftheformalizeddefinitionofthemulti-layereddynamiccore.
