InChina,therearemanyhumanrightsorganizations,becauseoftheirfocusesandprioritiesrelatedtohumanrights.ChinaSocietyforHumanRightsStudies(CSHRS)isthelargestofthem,whichfocusesonhumanrightsresearch,popularizingandinternationalexchanges.ThispapertakesCSHRSasanexampletoshowtheroleofthehumanrightsorganizationsplayinChina.FromthepracticeofCSHRS,wecanseethehumanrightsorganizationsinChinaplayakindofconstructiverolethroughinvolvinginverybroadfieldsandengaginginthevariousactivitiesofhumanrightsprotection.TheirworksincludeparticipatingindraftingtheNationalHumanRightsActionPlans,givingconstructivesuggestions,workinginhumanrightseducation,engagingininternationalexchangesandcooperation,takingpartintheworkofUPR,raisingfundandimplementingprojects,andsoon.TheyaretryinghardtocontributetoimprovehumanrightssituationinChina.
