Throughexperimentsandcomputersimulation,theinfluenceoftheenergylevelsoforganicmaterialsandelectrodematerialsintheorganiclight-emittingdiodes(OLEDs)onthedeviceperformancesisdiscussed.Resultsshowthatthedeviceperformancesareinfluencedbynotonlythecarrierinjectionbarriersattheelectrodeinterfacebutalsothebarriersattheorganicheterojunctioninterface.ThisresultishelpfultotheselectionoftheorganicmaterialsandtheirarrangementintheoptimaldesignofOLEDs.
