【摘要】 目的 探讨儿童行为问题与家庭动力学特征,为家庭干预提供依据。 方法 采用Achenbach儿童行为父母问卷、家庭动力学自评量表和自制一般情况调查问卷对昆明市盘龙区城市、农村、城郊结合部三所小学的627名四、五年级学生进行调查分析。 结果 627名学生中检出行为问题者131名,阳性率20.1%,其中男生67名(21.7%),女生64名(20.1%)。相关影响因素分析中发现,单亲家庭阳性率显著高于双亲家庭(P<0.05),双亲家庭阳性率显著低于多代同堂家庭(P<0.05),城市家庭阳性率显著低于外来务工家庭(P<0.05)。单因素方差分析显示,在有、无行为问题儿童家庭中,动力学个性化因子差异有极显著性(F=10.58,P<0.01)。 结论 单亲家庭和多代同堂家庭儿童行为异常发生率显著高于双亲家庭;在家庭动力学因子中以个性化因子的影响较大。

Relationships between childhood behavior disorders and family dynamics features)
【Abstract】 Objective To explore children behavior problems and family dynamics features to offering bases for family intervention. Methods Investigations were conducted with the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL),the Selfrating Family Dynamics Scale(SFDS) and Selfmade General State of Health Questionnaire(SGSHQ) in 627 students from the 4th and 5th grades of three urban,rural and suburbs primary schools of Panlong district of Kunming. Results Of the 627 students,131 students have behavior problems, the positive rate was 20.1%, and male students were 67(21.7%) and famale ones 64(20.1%). Positive rate of behavior problems was significantly higher in the single parent family(P<0.05) and that lower in the common family(P<0.05) than in the big family,and that lower in the urban family than in the migrant workers family(P<0.05). Single factor analysis of variance indicate that there was very significant difference in inpiduation factor of dynamics between families with and without problem children(P<0.01). Conclusion Incidences of children behavior abnormality are significantly higher in the singleparent and multigeneration big families than in the parent;influences of inpiduation factor of family dynamics are comparatively great.

儿童的行为和情绪问题与家庭环境密切相关,系统式家庭治疗对儿童的心理问题有很好的帮助。家庭治疗是一种以家庭为单位的心理治疗方法,是治疗儿童情绪和行为问题的重要途径。为此,我们对儿童行为问题与家庭动力学特征进行了相关研究,为家庭干预提供依据。
1 对象与方法
1.1 对象 选取昆明市盘龙区城市、农村和城郊结合部小学各一所,以整群分层的原则抽取四年级、五年级学生共641名为调查对象。其中男生329(51.3%)名,女生312(48.7%)名,年龄9 a~14 a,能够理解问卷的问题。641名学生全部在课堂填写家庭动力学量表及自制一般情况调查问卷,收回有效问卷627份,男生309份,女生318份,回收率97.8%。
