Objective:Infectionofhumanpapillomavirusincondylomaacuminatum(CA)wasdetectedbyrealtimefluorescencequantitativePCR(FQ-PCR)technique.Methods:SpecimensofCA-DNAquantificationfrom94caseswereexaminedbyrealtimeFQ-PCRtechniqueand32caseswerecomparedwiththesamemethodafter10-daystreatment.Results:CA-DNAwasfoundinallpatients,withanaverageof4.0×10^6copies/ul.After10daysoftreatment,theaveragewas2.1×10^5copies/ul.TherewasasignificantdifferenceintheaverageamountofCA-DNAbeforeandafterthetreatment.Conclusion:RealtimeFQ-PCRisagoodmethodforexaminingCA-DNAamountanditcandirectthetreatmentofCA.
