OurpreviousstudyshowedthattwoMKN45variants,namelyMKN45Lm-andMKN45Lm+selectedbylamininadhesioninvitro,haddifferentabilitiesofinvasionandmetastasisinvivo(inoculatedinnudemice)andinvitro(inBoydenchamber),alsohaddifferentexpressionofcysteineproteinase.Inthepresentstudy,weinvestigatedthecellapoptosisofthisMKN45variantsbyTUNELandFACSmethods.Theresultswereshownsignificantdifferentofcellapoptosisinthiscellsublines.TheMKN45Lm-cellshadasmallsubdiploidypeak(3.5%)inDNAcontentanalyzedbyflowcytometry,
