BasedonTianetal.'stheoreticalmodelofmicrowavescattering,byusingthewindwavespectrumsuggestedbyFungetal.,numericalresultsofpolarizedback-scatteringwerecalculated.Thequantitativerelationshipsbetweenthecalculatedbackscatteringcross-sectionandtheenvironmentalparameters,suchaswindspeeds,azimuthalanglesandincidenceangles,werestudied.Comparedwiththetraditionaltwo-scalescatteringmodel,theresultsaremuchmorecoincidentwiththeobservationsundertheconditionofmoderateincidenceangles,whichisveryusefultomakeupforthetwo-scalemodel.Tomakethenewcalculationmodeltobeusedconvenientlyinthepractice,itssimplifiedformwasproposed.
