RandomfatigueofweldedK-typetubularjointssubjectedtoaxialorout-of-planebendingloadisanalyzed.Byconsideringthesizesofinitialsurfacecracksandmaterialconstantsasrandomvariableswithsomeprobabilisticdistributions,incorporatingtheeffectoftheweld,fivehundredrandomsamplesaregenerated.Statisticalcomputationalresultsoflifeofcrackpropagationandeffectofchangeofcrackshapearefinallyobtainedandcomparedwithexperimentaldataavailablebasedonaregressionanalysis.Meanwhile,crackpropagationbehaviorsarealsoinvestigated.
