TheMicangshanForestParkislocatedinthenortheastedgeoftheSichuanBasin.Thewildanimalsandplantsresourcesarerichandtheecosystemisintegrity.Therearewell-preservedareasofnativebiologicalcommunities.Itsstripandtheregiondecidedthatontheonehandbiologicalpersityisrich;ontheotherhand,thereisitsuniqueecologicalfragility.Onceitisdestroyed,itwouldbeverydifficulttorestore.Inordertoprotecttheecologicalenvironmentofwildanimalandplanthabitatsandwildanimalandplantresources,thispaperusesquadratsurveyproceduretocarryontheinvestigation.IntheMicangshanForestPark'stypicallandsectortheauthorestablishesthesampleareaof20m×20mtoinvestthetreelayerofplantspeciesandbuildsfive2m×2mthesmallquadratsalongthetypeplace'sdiagonallinemachinerytoinvestbushlevelandthefieldlayerfloristiccomponent.AgainaccordingtotheMicangshanForestPark'sterrain,thevegetationandthedifferencehumanityinterferencecondition,theautorbuildsthedifferentquantitiesseparatelythelinetransecttoinvesttheanimaltype.ThisarticlethroughtoeasternSichuanProvincenorththeMicangshanforestparkbiopersityresourcesinvestigation,hasanalyzedthebiopersityprotectionworkpresentsituationandtheexistencequestion,andputforwardtheproposaltothenextprotectionwork.
