BasedonthelowenergyeffectiveHamiitonianwithnaivefactorization,wecalculatethebranchingratios（BRs）andCPasymmetries（CPAs）forthetwentythreedoublecharmdecaysB/Bs→Ds*Ds*inboththestandardmodel（SM）andtheminimalsupergravity（mSUGRA）model.Withintheconsideredparameterspace,wefindthat（a）thetheoreticalpredictionsfortheBRs,CPAsandthepolarizationfractionsintheSMandthemSUGRAmodelareallconsistentwiththecurrentlyavailabledatawithin±2σerrors;（b）Foralltheconsidereddecays,thesupersymmetriccontributionsinthemSUGRAmodelareverysmall,lessthan7%numerically.ItmaybedifficulttoobservesosmallSUSYcontributionsevenatLHC.
