简介: 【摘要】 目的:分析腹部肿瘤患者应用整体化护理干预预防化疗并发症的效果。方法:从本院 2017年 7月至 2018年 7月实施化疗的腹部肿瘤患者中选 96例作为研究对象。采用双盲法分为对照组与观察组,两组患者均为 48例。对照组患者实施常规化护理措施,观察组进行整体护理干预。比较不同护理措施预防并发症的效果。结果:护理满意度评分,对照组与观察组分别为( 83.2±2.8)分、( 97.8±1.2)分,两组对比, P<0.05,具有统计学差异 ;分析两组患者并发症发生情况,对照组患者并发症发生率高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:腹部肿瘤患者接受化疗治疗时进行整体化护理干预,在提高护理质量的同时,还可减少并发症的产生,改善患者预后。 【关键词】 整体化护理 ;腹部肿瘤 ;并发症 Objective: to analyze the effect of holistic nursing intervention on prevention of chemotherapy complications in patients with abdominal tumor. Methods: 96 patients with abdominal tumor who received chemotherapy in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by double-blind method. The control group was given routine nursing measures, while the observation group was given holistic nursing intervention. Objective to compare the effect of different nursing measures to prevent complications. Results: the nursing satisfaction score of the control group and the observation group were (83.2 ± 2.8) points and (97.8 ± 1.2) points respectively, the comparison between the two groups, P < 0.05, with statistical difference; the incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: holistic nursing intervention in patients with abdominal tumor receiving chemotherapy can not only improve the quality of nursing, but also reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the prognosis of patients.
