简介：　　【摘 要】 目的：探讨个性化输液护理在静脉输液护理中应用效果。方法：以本院 2017年 3月至 2020年 3月门诊接诊的 112例静脉输液患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组两组，每组各 56例，对照组患者接受常规护理，研究组患者在对照组的基础上接受个性化输液护理，比较两组患者穿刺疼痛评分、不良事件发生率、护理满意度及护患纠纷发生率。结果：研究组患者穿刺疼痛评分及不良事件发生率较对照组低，两组比较差异显著（ P<0.05），研究组患者护理满意度较对照组高，护患纠纷发生率较对照组低，两组比较差异显著（ P<0.05）。结论：个性化输液护理可有效减少穿刺疼痛、不良事件发生率及护患纠纷发生率，提高护理满意度，在静脉输液患者护理中具有较高的应用价值。  　　【关键词】 个性化输液护理 ;静脉输液 ;不良事件 ;护患纠纷  　　 Objective: To explore the application effect of individualized infusion nursing in intravenous infusion nursing. Methods: 112 patients with intravenous infusion in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 56 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing, while the patients in the study group received personalized infusion nursing on the basis of the control group. The puncture pain score, incidence of adverse events, nursing satisfaction and nursing of the two groups were compared The incidence of disputes. Results: the puncture pain score and incidence of adverse events in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of nurse patient disputes was lower than that of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: personalized infusion nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of puncture pain, adverse events and nurse patient disputes, improve nursing satisfaction, and has high application value in the nursing of patients with intravenous infusion.
