  • 简介:Thespecialdesignforthefurnaceandburnerofboilersburningligniteisanalyzedandthetypeselectionofthepulverizingsystemisdiscussedbytakingaccountofthelignite’scharacteristicsofhighmoisture,lowheatingvalueandlowashfusiontemperature.Theimpactofsuchcharacteristicsonthetypeselectionofburningequipmentandpulverizingsystemsfortheligniteboilerisstudied.Thevaluerangesofthefurnacecharacteristicparametersfortheligniteboilerarerecommended.Fortheoldlignite,thepremixperiodintheburnershouldnotbetoolonginordertoavoidslaggingandthevelocityoftheprimaryairissuggestedtobebetween17m/sand22m/s.Thedirect-flowburnerwithtangentialfiringispreferredforlignitewiththemoisturehigherthan35%.Themedium-speedmillisbettertobeusedforlignitewiththemoisturelessthan35%,whileforlignitewiththemoisturehigherthan40%thefanmillshouldbethefirstchoice.
