  • 简介:Inthispaper,adiscrete-timeanalysisofthethird-ordercharge-pumpbasedphase-lockedloops(CPLLs)ispresentedinthepresenceofloopdelay.Thez-domainanalysisoftheclosed-looptransferfunctionisderivedandcomparedwiththetraditionals-domainmethod.ThesimulationresultsunderSPECTREshowthat,duetothesamplingnatureofCPLL,thetraditionals-domainanalysisisunabletopredictitsjitterpeakingaccurately,especiallywhentheloopdelayistakenintoconsideration.Theimpactofloopdelayonthestabilityofthethird-orderCPLLsystemisfurtheranalyzedbasedontheproposedway.ThestabilitylimitofthewidebandwidthCPLLwithloopdelayiscalculated.Thecircuitsimulationresultsagreewellwithmathematicalanalysis.

  • 简介:Theeffectsofstabilizingpilesonthestabilityofanembankmentslopeareanalyzedbynumericalsimulation.Theshearstrengthreductionmethodisusedfortheanalysis,andthesoil-pileinteractionissimulatedwithzero-thicknesselasto-plasticinterfaceelements.Effectsofpilespacingandpilepositiononthesafetyfactorofslopeandthebehaviorofpilesundertheseconditionsaregiven.Thenumericalanalysisindicatesthatthepositionsofthepilehavesignificantinfluenceonthestabilityoftheslope,andthepileneedstobeinstalledinthemiddleoftheslopeformaximumsafetyfactors.Intheend,thesoilarchingeffectcloselyassociatedwiththespacebetweenstabilizingpilesisanalyzed.Theresultsarehelpfulfordesignandconstructionofstabilizingpiles.

  • 简介:Basedonthemechanismoftheeffectofhydrationontheheatstabilityoflysozymeandthetheoryofwatermoleculeclusters,theeffectofstructure-changedwateronheatstabilityoflysozymehasbeenstudied.Theresultsobtainedbydifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC)showedthatthethermaldenaturationtemperatureoflysozymehadbeenelevated8.47Kthroughhydrationoflysozymewithprocessedwaterwhosestructurehadbeenchangedsoitwascalled'structuredwater'comparedtoordinarywater.Thereasonisthatstructuredwaterchangedthedipolemomentofwatermoleculesandeasilyformedcyclicwaterhexamerorcage-likewaterhexamer,sothattheinteractingforceofmaintainingthree-dimensionalconformationoflysozymecouldbereinforced.

  • 简介:In-situvanesheartestisfrequentlyperformedtodetermineshearstrengthforslopestabilityanalysisinTianjinNewHarbor.However,thesoilshearstrengthvarieswiththeshearplaneorientation.Apossiblemeanstoreducetheeffectofdirectionaldependencyofshearstrengthistoconvertthein-situvaneshearstrengthintoundrainedshearstrengthparameters.Amethodofconvertingin-situvaneshearstrengthintoundrainedshearstrengthparametersispresented.Theshearstrengthparametersdeterminedforallofthein-situvaneshearstrengthsaresubjectedtostatisticalregressionanalysistotakeintoconsiderationthepossibleeffectofnon-homogeneityinthesoftclaydeposit.Usingtheregressedshearstrengthparameters,slopestabilityanalysesareperformedforfiveexistingsoilslopes.Theresultsofstabilityanalysesindicatethatthesafetyfactorsobtainedfromtheconvertedparametersreflectthestateoftheslopesanalyzedmuchbetterthanthoseobtainedfromin-situvaneshearstrengthandlaboratoryconsolidated-undrainedandunconsolidated-undrainedstrengthparameters.Itisconcludedthatthepresentedmethsodofdeterminingundrainedshearstrengthparametersforin-situvaneshearstrengthiseffective.

  • 简介:Gaitrecognitionisthekeyquestionoffunctionalelectricalstimulation(FES)systemcontrolforparaplegicwalking.Anewrisk-tendency-graph(RTG)methodwasproposedtorecognizethestabilityinformationinFES-assistedwalkinggait.Themaininstrumentwasaspecializedwalkerdynamometersystembasedonamulti-channelstrain-gaugebridgenetworkfixedonthewalkerframe.Duringwalkingprocess,thissystemcollectedthereactionforcesbetweenpatient'supperextremitiesandwalkerandconvertedthemintoRTGmorphologiccurvesofdynamicgaitstabilityintemporalandspatialdomains.TodemonstratethepotentialusefulnessofRTG,preliminaryclinicaltrialsweredonewithparaplegicpatients.Thegaitstabilitylevelsoftwowalkingcaseswith4-and12-weekFEStrainingfromonesubjectwerequantified(0.43and0.19)fromtheresultsoftemporalandspatialRTG.Relevantinstablephasesingaitcycleanddangerousinclinationsofpatient'sbodyduringwalkingprocesswerealsobroughtforward.Inconclusion,thenewRTGmethodispracticalfordistinguishingmoreusefulgaitstabilityinformationforFESsystemcontrol.
